Cancellation Policy

Our patients and our clients are very important to us, and we want to ensure that we can get you scheduled at a timely manner. With the given increase in patient enrollment, due to increase demands on local veterinarians, we want to offer the best experience for you and your pet and therefore want everyone to have the opportunity to see their primary doctor as well as be able to get in patients that need medical attention sooner rather than later. This policy is in place so that we can see all our patients whether it is for an annual, sick visit, or an anesthetic procedure.

Please review the policy as described below:

  • Deposits for new clients $80 at time of scheduling
  • Deposits for procedures exceeding $300 may be required
  • Reminder for appointments will be sent within 48 hours of scheduled time of appointment. At this time, you will be prompted to either confirm or reschedule. **Pending circumstances, same day cancellations will require an $80 deposit to reschedule an appointment.
  • Multiple occurrences of cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will require $80 for all appointments as well as a cancellation fee of $35
