Appointment Policy

Our patients and our clients are very important to us. We want to offer the best experience for you and your pet as well as allow everyone to have the opportunity to see their primary doctor.

Please review our policy as described below:

  • New clients or existing clients with new pets require a $98.50 deposit and are due on the day of scheduling. The deposit will go towards the cost of the visit (refundable if cancelled 24 hours or more ahead of the appointment).
  • Surgeries and dentals require a $200 deposit and are due on the day of scheduling. The deposit will go towards the cost of the visit and/or procedure (refundable if cancelled 48 hours or more ahead of the appointment).
  • Ultrasound/Echos require a $400 deposit (cancellation policy determined by specialist, refundable if cancelled 48 hours or more ahead of the appointment).
