Appointment Policy

Our patients and our clients are very important to us. We want to offer the best experience for you and your pet as well as allow everyone to have the opportunity to see their primary doctor.

Please review our policy as described below:

• Deposits for new clients or existing clients with new pets is $93.50 and is due within 72 hours of scheduling
• AUS/Echos require a $200 non-refundable deposit
• Surgeries require a deposit and are as follows and go towards the cost of the visit and/or procedure:

– Spay & neuter $100 deposit
– Mass removal $100 deposit
– COHATs are $200 deposit
